Terrible conditions We have stayed at a many hotels this has been one of the worst as far as cleanliness. We got to the hotel there were no linens for the sofa sleeper. So my son went down and asked for linens they gave him damp pillow because it was like it had been washed and bagged with the bed linens everything in the bag smelt moldy. The draw blinds were broken and one had a pull string with a paper clip holding the pole together and was very difficult to close. Very disappointing. I have stayed at many Fairfield's and sister hotels of Marriot. I am in disbelief on how this one has been kept up.

Jerome at the front desk Jerome at the front desk was professional and amazing. I was coming in late from Dallas and he made sure my room was saved and even signed me up for Marriott reward points. The entire stay was amazing.

Horrible Experience I was booked for a king room and given a double. That was annoying because I needed the larger bed. The night clerk was asleep and difficult to contact. The sheets had hair in them as did the bathroom. The bathroom also had open soaps and a soap and razor from the previous occupant. There was trash all over the floor. The window treatments were both broken and torn.

Great stay in Natchitoches Room was comfortable. Service was excellent, especially Jeremy. We did not eat breakfast there. We were able yo walk to nearby stores.

Great service! Hotel employees were outstanding! Front desk person was great. Very helpful. Help us find a restaurant. The only thing that I can complain about is the mattress. It was awful.

Mold, dusty…. cleaning staff all need improvement and training. Company policy is to replenish rooms with clean linens and remove trash every other day so get used to a pile of dirty towels and bags of trash in your room. If you’re lucky they’ll come in and clean when they’re supposed to. We will not stay there again. I notice they have a lot of men with work boots. I assume their main clientele is guys and they don’t notice the dirt, dust and mold on the walls behind the toilet otherwise they wouldn’t have any rooms rented. They probably give a corporate rate. I don’t know how they have four stars??? Not from my stay for sure.
